Nora Croft

With a foundation in medicinal chemistry and a PhD in chemistry focused on natural product synthesis, I began my career at the intersection of science and intellectual property. After my PhD I qualified as a patent attorney and spent several years at a leading patent law firm, gaining deep experience in protecting innovation across the pharmaceutical, biotech, agritech, food tech, and medtech sectors. I later joined UniServices’ commercialisation team as an IP Advisor, supporting researchers in translating discoveries into real-world impact. In recent years, I have also provided independent consultancy services, advising clients on IP strategy, protection, and commercialisation. My work is driven by a passion for bridging science and innovation through effective IP management.
