Mark Bregman

Dr. Mark Bregman is a physicist-turned-technology executive and venture investor. He began his career in research at Columbia University and CERN, and has maintained deep ties to leading universities and science networks throughout his career. Mark went on to lead billion-dollar businesses at IBM, VERITAS, Symantec, Neustar, and NetApp, as well as founding and scaling startups in Silicon Valley. Now based in New Zealand, he is the founding General Partner of Quidnet Ventures, backing deep-tech entrepreneurs turning world-class science into globally scalable companies. He also serves as Chair and director on several boards, and leads a Vistage peer group for NZ CEOs.
